Returns & Refund Policy

Items are eligible for return if:

• The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• The item has all original tags and accessories
• The item is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or washed
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale
• Customized or personalized items
• Hygiene-sensitive products (feeding items, etc.) once opened

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Share your order number, item details, and reason for return
3. Share clear photos of the item and its packaging
4. Our team will review and approve the return within 24 hours
5. Ship the item back using a tracked courier service
6. Refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days

• Defective/Wrong Item: 100% refund including return shipping cost
• Change of Mind: Refund of product price only; return shipping is customer's responsibility
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Cash on Delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer (account details required)

We offer free exchanges for defective or wrong items. For size/color exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping. The replacement item will be shipped once we receive the returned item.
