1. General Agreement

We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Product Accuracy & Child Safety Supervision

We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of our toys and nursery decor items as accurately as possible. While all our products comply with non-toxic, child-safe design standards, adult supervision is recommended for all toddlers and young children during play with small building pieces, beads, or electronic components.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on Kids Space are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without liability.

4. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD) Commitment

When you place an order, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate purchase and account information. For Cash on Delivery orders, you agree to accept the delivery and pay the designated amount upon arrival. Refusing parcels without valid reasons causes substantial courier return expenses and may result in the suspension of future COD privileges.

5. 7-Day Exchange & Replacement Guarantee

If any toy or decor item is defective, damaged in transit, or missing components, you must notify our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional delivery cost to you.
