We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service to virtually all postal codes in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address with the exact order amount ready when the courier calls. Riders typically attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to the depot.

Children's toys and delicate nursery lamps must reach you in flawless condition. We use:

• Double-layer bubble wrap protection for all electronic, wooden, and glass decor items.
• Rigid corrugated carton boxes to prevent crushing during transit.
• Tamper-evident security tape on all outgoing parcels.

The moment your parcel is scanned by our logistics partners, an SMS and email notification containing your unique Courier Tracking Number and web tracking link will be sent to your registered phone number and email address. You can also track your shipment anytime via our Order Tracking Page.
